Your privacy in simple terms
iCalcApp is designed so you can use calculators without creating an account or sharing personal details with us. Most calculations happen directly in your browser. We only use standard website tools to understand general traffic and improve the experience.
Our privacy approach
iCalcApp is designed to be simple and privacy-conscious. Most calculator inputs are processed directly in your browser. That means the values you type into calculators, such as loan amount, height, weight, age, or conversion values, are not intentionally collected by us as personal records.
Information we may collect
Like most websites, we may use basic analytics tools to understand general usage patterns, such as which pages are visited, approximate location by country or region, device type, browser type, and general performance data. This helps us improve speed, layout, content, and calculator quality.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, performance measurement, and future advertising or improvement work. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may not stop the calculators from working, but some measurement or preference features may be limited.
Third-party services
We may use third-party tools such as analytics, hosting, fonts, or advertising services. These providers may process limited technical information according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell calculator input values as personal data.
Important note
Do not enter highly sensitive personal information into any website unless it is necessary and you trust the service. iCalcApp calculators are meant for estimates and learning, not for storing confidential records.

Calculator inputs and your privacy
All calculations on iCalcApp are performed locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your input data (salary, weight, loan amount, and so on) is never transmitted to our servers, never stored, and never shared. When you close the page or tab, your inputs are gone. We have no access to what you calculated.
Cookies
iCalcApp uses two types of cookies: (1) Google Analytics cookies, which are anonymised and do not identify individual users; and (2) a localStorage key that stores your light/dark theme preference. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party marketing cookies of any kind.
Third-party services
iCalcApp uses Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous usage statistics and Google Fonts for typography. Google's privacy policy governs how these services handle data. We do not use Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any other third-party tracking service.
Your rights (India and GDPR)
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold (email enquiries only). Email us at hello@icalcapp.com with "Data deletion request" in the subject. We will confirm deletion within 72 hours.

Your inputs — salary, weight, loan amount, health data, or any other value — are never transmitted to our servers, never stored, and never shared. When you close the page, your inputs are gone. Does iCalcApp use cookies?
iCalcApp uses two types of cookies only: (1) Google Analytics cookies, which are anonymised and do not identify individual users; (2) a localStorage key that stores your light/dark theme preference across visits. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or any third-party marketing cookies.
What data does Google Analytics collect?
Google Analytics (GA4) collects anonymised usage data: pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device type, and session duration. This data is used to understand which calculators are used most and improve content. No personally identifiable information is collected. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How can I request deletion of my data?
The only personal data we may hold is email enquiries. Email us at hello@icalcapp.com with "Data deletion request" in the subject. We will confirm deletion within 72 hours. Google Analytics data is anonymised and cannot be individually identified or deleted.
Is iCalcApp compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA)?
Yes. iCalcApp does not collect, store, or process any sensitive personal data. The only data collected is anonymised analytics (via Google Analytics) and voluntary email enquiries. We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy was last reviewed in June 2026.
Children's privacy
iCalcApp is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The calculators on iCalcApp are educational tools suitable for all ages, but any voluntary email enquiries require users to be 13 or older. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information via email, please contact us immediately and we will delete the information promptly.
Third-party links
iCalcApp pages link to external sources including government websites (incometaxindia.gov.in, gst.gov.in, rbi.org.in), health organisations (WHO, ICMR), and reference databases. These third-party sites have their own privacy policies, and we have no control over or responsibility for their content or data practices. Links to external sites are provided for reference and educational purposes only.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last reviewed" date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to review this policy occasionally. Continued use of iCalcApp after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

- Right to erasure: Request deletion of your email enquiry data at any time. We will confirm deletion within 72 hours.
