Response Time
We aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During periods of high volume, responses may take up to 3–4 business days. We do not offer phone support at this time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request a new calculator? Yes. Describe the calculator you need, the inputs it should take, and what result it should give. We review all requests and add the most frequently requested tools first.
How do I report a calculation error? Tell us the calculator name, the values you entered, the result you got, and what the correct result should be. Screenshots are helpful but not required.
Does iCalcApp offer advertising space? iCalcApp does not currently sell advertising space within the calculator tools or content. The calculator experience is kept free of ads to maintain usability.
Can I embed iCalcApp tools on my website? For embed or API enquiries, contact us with Embed Request in the subject line and describe your use case.

What we do not respond to
We do not accept unsolicited guest post submissions, link exchange requests, or paid placement enquiries. All editorial decisions are made independently. Any email requesting to buy links, insert backlinks into existing content, or pay for placement will be declined.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We review all submissions within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding Indian public holidays). Calculator error reports are treated as high priority and are typically reviewed within 24 hours.
Can I request a new calculator?
Yes. Email us at hello@icalcapp.com with "Calculator request" as the subject. Include the calculator name, what it should calculate, the formula if you know it, and who would use it. Popular requests are prioritised for development.
How do I report an incorrect formula or wrong result?
Include the calculator URL, your exact inputs, the result shown by iCalcApp, and the correct result with your source. We cross-check every report against the original formula source and fix confirmed errors within 48 hours.
Do you accept guest posts or sponsored content?
No. iCalcApp does not accept guest posts, sponsored content, link insertion requests, or paid placements of any kind. All content is written and reviewed by iCalcApp's editorial team.
How can I reach you about a privacy or data concern?

What happens after you submit
Every submission goes directly to the iCalcApp editorial team. Here is what to expect:
- Acknowledgement — You will receive a confirmation that your message was received (if you provide an email address).
- Review — Calculator error reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Feature requests and general feedback are reviewed within 5 business days.
- Action — Confirmed errors are fixed immediately and the page's "Last reviewed" date is updated. You will be notified if you provided contact details.
- Published correction — Significant factual corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected page. We do not silently edit major errors.
